Not that I'm aware of.
Scooby Doo can be found in the Warner Bros Studio store.

the only place i can think of is the motor racing memorabilia shop in carnaby street- www.alexreade.net (clicky, anyone?). they had a little bit of subaru wrc stuff last time i was in there. hope thats of some help
