Red face

Yo! im interested in buying da new 2004 scooby later this year... and had a few questions from the drivers of these SICK cars!

im interested in the Scooby impreza wrx sti.

I want it standard silver wif da gold rims... and was wondering. If i install neon green/sky blue lights under the chassis, would that void the warranty?

also.. im feking tall (6'6/2metres) was wondering if there are any other drivers out there that are my height... and would like to kno if its a comfortable ride? r u cramped up in there?

im planning on doing a ****e load of other mods when the warranty is finished and im done paying it off.

ta!

Thank you for your great input towards a newbie PC555.

Nathan, I hope you have luck in finding a scoob and a very big welcome to Scoobynet.

agree with that I'm 6'2" also (maybe we could start a gang or something) and havent hit my head of the roof once. Unlike when I had the MR2 but thats for another time!

I do have to have the seat back a little, so not much room behind the drivers seat.As I tell the wife... I always drive so doesnt matter how much room there is in the back.

PC555, don't forget that some people don't have English as their primary language, some may be dyslexic and others well, yeah may not just be making an effort.

Just would have been nicer to have a welcome popped into your post also.

Cheers,

Chelle.

Welcome aboard.

Installing neons will deffo void your warranty. Check clause 16c the so-called 'Max Power / wide boy' clause. "Any crass modiciations will void your warranty, you idiot" Gold wheels and starship enterprise spoilers may also fall into this category.

You have been warned.

LM WRX : mind you don't fall off your high horse there.

This thread is surely a wind-up. No one with a modicom of common sense or decency would put neons on a scoob, surely?

Cape Town. Big sodding sharks out there.

As far as i'm aware, your neons will void your warranty, and will instantly enter you into the max power VIP club. (not sure if you get max power over there)

I@m 6 foot on and can drive one with no probs, but as said before, there isn't much room in the back when the seat is fuly back.

Hope this helps.

Welcome matey,
Why not put a pic request in the members gallery for what ever colour you are looking for that will give you an idea of what colours go best together.
Not a fan of gold wheels on silver myself..... anthritic or silver are much better on a silver car.
Hey that's just my opinion

They sell Impreza's in South Africa? wouldnt you just get hijacked in around 5 minutes?
Seriously, its a high risk car in the UK, in a dump like South Africa it must be positively suicide!!

South Africa isn't a dump, it's an extremely beautiful country. It just has a problem with crime, wait 10 yrs or so and Britain will be just as bad.

I recon its a dump, cant imagine UK getting that bad, due to the gun restrictions, and the fact that there has always been a push towards equality, rather than the huge swings in who has power, like in South Africa.

On topic, the scoobs Ive sat in seem really roomey, though im only a short sh*t

No worries there Suresh, I have been around horses since I was little, effectively born riding one......I don't mind falling off when I am up there anyway. I take it you wouldn't offer to catch me then? hehe.

Some people on here have neons on their scoobs.....I shall comment no further.

Chelle.
