Where can I get hold of the larger rear number plate, as fitted to the P1 in this months EVO (It had Subaru U.K on the Bottom).

It appears to be slightly taller than standard.

The reason I ask is I have a standard size plate and have removed the Japanese Plate Hangers on my WRX. However, these hangers have left marks on the bumper, which would be covered up if this larger stayle plate was fitted.

I also want to put the EU emblem on....

My dealer Gibsons of Brock fit the large rear plate to all Imprezas and Legacys as standard. I am sure they will mail you one out.

you should be able to get all sorts of sizes , be prepared to spend a little extra though .Serks call the plate a "Rover rear" round here
