I'm about to change the wheels and would like to know where the best jacking points on the car are.Ideally i want to get both fronts and both rears off the ground rather than one at a time

There's a trolley jack point on the front cross member and a scissorjack point at each end of the sills.
I usually scissorjack the car up and put axle stands under the rear wishbone mount points (front of the car) and under the outer diff mounts on the rear. (Hope this makes sense - probably easier when you see it on the car!)

im not sure about your scoob but with the coilovers on mine I can jack up at the front sill point and the back lifts up aswell more than enough to change wheel or re-set suspension.
Try your front sill point first and if it lifts the back end put a axle stand under front and back and same on the other side. can never be too carefull under a car

Daren,
I have e-mailed you 3 .jpg files which show pictures of the correct positions for trolley jacks etc. They are from a subaru general information file (PDF) i found on the RB5 owners club site a while ago.

Hope these help.
I would have put the pictures on here but i have no idea how to post pictures.
Cheers
Dave
