Has anybody previously owned this car Subaru 22B STi UK Reg T22BUK. I'm in the process of purchasing it ,and was looking to try and get some extra info and feedback.
I know it has previously been in EVO magazine and originally sold by Listers.
You can mail me off the board or phone me if you like.
Cheers

Best to ask on www.22b.com

And if its the one in the for sale section then the pictures show it with a front brake upgrade (silver calipers, big disks) and the driving light surrounds are missing too, which you can't get hold of as even Subaru/Prodrive can't get them.

Dave.

If I remember correct this car was also up for sale at Tileys of Bristol at the same time I purchased my P1 which was in June 2002. It had a brake upgrade and heavily tinted windows at the time as I recall

This is the car that also appeared on the official Subaru calendar that came with 'evo' magazine a few years ago (1999?), it was August I think :-)

Great picture too - I bet someone has a scan of it somewhere.

Unhappy

This was the 22B that Subaru UK lent to all the motoring press to thrash about in for their reviews of the car to put in the mags.Good luck M8 they are a joy to own but not very kind on the wallet.

The HPI came back as no Acccidents or theft, so if it was damaged somebody must have paid it out of their pocket.
Any more info out there, like previous owners ?

I know the Reg number has been on a couple of 22B's and that one of them was in an accident. So I'm just trying to get to the bottom of it.I've spoken to Listers and Tileys several times and HPI'd it.I know it's had a new clutch. Is there any more I can do apart from get the RAC or AA to check it over ?
Cheers

Did you buy this from the auction at the Autosport show? Saw it on display.

Contact Subaru UK/IM and see if they will tell you if it has had any major panels or components ordered against the VIN.

The plate has only been on this paticular car since August 2000.
The original car T22 BUK ,the one in EVO Mag is a different vehicle. It's only the one since August 2000 that I want info on.
It's first reg was 168 HOT from 1st Aug 1999, then T823 FUG from 26 Nov 1999 to 3rd Aug 2000 then it was on T22 BUK which it's been on since.
Cheers
