I know that this thread item should eventually appear in for sale, but at this stage I was hoping to get some guidance.

I take delivery of my 04 STI mext week and as part of the mods I have selected include new 18" wheels, I have a set of unused gold 17" wheels and tyres I won't need.

How much do you think I should ask for the 17"ers when I sell them and do you think they will sell on the for sale section of scoobynet?

The average price of the 17 inch alloys with tyres is around the 500 mark, dont drop below this! (the local subaru dealer near here does a part ex on wheels on new cars, 500 quid off the 18's )

OCD - Bought some just like yours from a guy doing the same with an STi 8 from new. I paid £500 plus £50 for the guy to drice 100 or so miles south to meet me in Sterling (he lived in Aberdeen!)
Felt pissed off though when I saw his STi8 - Black with 18 or 19 inch Pro Drive wheels, it looked the dogs doo dars.

They will sell at this price to someone with an 02/03/04 WRX like me.

barney rubble- mine's black too. Got it lowered with 18" bright flitter wheels, boost gauge, road angel, sat nav and ppp.
