Question

Hello everyone!

I'm new around here and I would appriciate if you answered a few questions. I'm planning to buy a new Impreza WRX or a 2003 (not bug-eye) STi. I like to drive REALLY fast, so I hate the understeer that I'm getting from an Audi A4 now.
I'm more interested in the STi since I believe it is equipped better for fast driving in stock already, but the WRX would be brand new...

Please tell me if the front diff lock at the STi helps to avoid understeer. Oh yeah, we can't buy the version with the DCCD here.

And tell me also if the WRX understeers more than the STi. This will be the deciding factor!!!

I will install the coilover set for sure, wheather I buy the WRX or the STi. I just don't know which one yet. The options are KW (inox line 3) H-R or Bilstein B16 PSS 9. These are easiest to get here in Central Europe.

So if anyone owns any of this suspension kits or any other, let me know how they do. I'm not interested in comfort, just pure FAST driving.

I hope you'll help a future owner of an Impreza

Thanks a lot!!!
