karlo, right to change the oil get the car to normal running temp, then drain the old oil out replacing the crush washer on the drain plug, then remove the oil filter which is at the left front as you look under the car, when you put the new oil filter on 3/4 fill it with the new oil and smear some on the rubber seal (use a good quality fully synthetic oil but avoid mobil 1 because its to thin for subaru's)also make sure you don't over fill the oil .Regarding the sparkplugs(NGK PFR6B) gap varies between model's, to change the plugs, can be done from underneth if you've got a selection of extension bars for your sockets but if not do it from the top, means removing air cleaner housing, washer bottle and may-be the battery but nothing to serious.Hope this helps.Rik. Don't forget to check your gearbox oil level thats the dipstick to the left of the intercooler.

Karlo, if you need to top the gear-oil up then do it through the dipstick hole.(This is'nt a joke you really do put it in the dipstick).I think the greabox oil should be changed on a C service which is every 30,000 miles.Rik.c
