Well the P1 has gone so decided a name change from P1_Ben to WR1 was needed in anticipation of the impending wait I have to now bear for my WR1??

Although the dealer said I could go back and take out the STI PPP now and again in the meantime to keep the withdrawl symptoms at bay...

I know how you feel mate. I pick up my WR1 in April (finger's crossed that I can get insurance sorted) and the wait is killing me!! New car smell in a scooby - how can life get much better!

I thought long and hard about the T25 and decided to stick to the UK format. I had awesome service with the P1 and i'm hoping that the WR1 doesn't dissapoint.

I'm not into the modding side of things(Yet) P1 was enough for me standard. Although i would love to test drive the T25, i have forced myself not to in case the temptation is too much.

Anyone on here decided to go for the T25 over the WR1...???

I sold my March 03 STi for 20,000 against the WR 1, it goes on Friday and they have offered me a loan car until my WR 1 comes in. Unfortunately I wouldn't say there are any special deals going.

So you`ve lost say Ł5000 on the STI8 since march (if you paid full price.) And paid full RRP on the WR1??

Yes Forest, but considering it needs taxing, servicing and the tracker subscription at the end of February it's probably not that bad as this would cost me around 450-500. I just think that you are getting good value for money on the WR1 at 29,995 considering an FQ330 is 32,000!

Had my WR1 on order since 15th Jan, was told to expect delivery sometime between April and August though more likely later than earlier. What were other peeps told??

Cheers

Default Hey WR1 (ex P1 Ben)

A stab in the dark, but were you P1 BEN P who lives on the Beckley road?

Only ask because there is/ used to be a P1 with the plate (slightly modified I guess!) P1 BEN P around the corner from where I live.

I pick up my new STI 8 (well modified) next week from Culverwells.

Default WR1

I ordered mine 19th Jan, was told it could be as late as July, I've also sold my MY01 WRX, PPP, 18" Speedlines and the guy is collecting it on 14th Feb, Scoobyless for a while! I bought a Metro, L pate, 27000 on the clock, 1 elderly owner and a Cop who used it for work for 3 months| (a mate who is a schools liason officer), Ł700!

My P1 has gone aswell, ben really happy with it, couldn't decide on WR1, 996 or M3, in the end i went for a M3, picked it up last saturday. Very nice, very different to the P1 though, will take a while to get used to it.

Hi OCD, no i'm from sevenoaks in Kent although I did try to get a P1 BEN type plate, I thought it probably wasn't a good idea as too easy to identify the car if I should annoy someone or just if someone doesn't like me...

Nozzer which M3 did you get, new shape???

I was looking round one at the weekend and decided to stick to 4WD, whats your opinion on it must be nice to have the luxury after the P1.
