Default Update your user profile

Apologies to all for that had the under 13 messages.

in order to resolve this, we've had to set all profile options to standard.

This should have resolved things for everyone, but it would be worth you checking your profile options to be sure everything is how you want it.

Regards

dont know if this has been done on all accounts but my post reading was set to linear- newest first. This means that threads are displayed newest post first i.e. backwards. I have changed mine but might effect everyone else as well.

It has also set "display images" to no, so a lot of unfamiliar vbulletin users will think there's something wrong

Took me a while to work out why there were no images in the members gallery.

Default Help with logging in

I'm having difficulties logging in with my stevenuk300 profile. For some reason it is not accepting my password even when I copy and paste from the password request e-mail. I have since changed my e-mail address, so I can't request the password again. Is there any way of finding out why I can't log in, as don't want to lose all my posts I have accumalated? My new e-mail address is steven.giliberti@electrolux.co.uk.

Thanks
Steven

Hi Steven

This is a difficult situation, fully explained at www.scoobynet.co.uk/contactus.htm

Because your email address is the only thing we have to authenticate you, there is no way for us to know if you are the real owner of that account. That is why it is important to always keep your email address up to date.

All the best

Simon
