Just a quick note to all owners with cars still covered by the 6yr bodywork warranty. Mine is due and the 1st dealer I spoke to wanted £125+VAT
. As I usually do when buying anything, I phoned a couple more just to check. The second one quote £100+VAT
, the third was £45+VAT
. You can guess which got my business.
Hope this helps save a few pounds for someone.

I got mine done for £109 at Ridings in Preston. Stan Palmers in Carlisle quoted me £99.
The saving wasn't enough to cover the petrol, so i decided to go local.
(Both inc. vulture added tax.)
