Red face Help need re-damaged tyre

I spotted a bulge in my rear offside tyre. The tyre is about 4months old and has plenty of tread left. Its a pirelli and I know it has not been kerbed is this a manufacturing defect? Is it safe? Your help please.

Take in to whoever you bought it from, but on no circumstances keep driving on it!

Unhappy Thanks for replies

Thanks for the replies, I have spoken with the garage I bought the tyres from and he has advised it is changed right away. I have ordered a new tyre which will be in this afternoon. Will stick to 30mph on the way to the garage.
Cheers
Ricky
