Tyre Trouble Question

MY03 WRX original bridgestones all round 12700 miles, I think another 8000 miles in them.
Took the nearside front out on a rock (cheered me up no end especially having a yellow wheel on the front, nice, and only 50 mph( still caught people up though)) big rip in the sidewall just hoping the wheel is OK still
Decided the curb was better than the landrover coming the other way (didn’t know there was a rock in it (well when I say rock more of a boulder really, well even boulder is an understatement)).
Was planning to put the Goodyear F1s all round when the time came (in the dim and distant future).
So…. Can I get away with 2 new F1s on the front leaving the bridges on the back… will then have mismatch treads and wear
Or should I just bite the bullet and replace all 4
Or buy one new bridgestone and just have a tread wear difference
What do you think?
