Looking at buying my 2002 52 plate WRX (with morrettes, eibachs and 4 wheel alignment, 28k miles, FSH, good condition) off the lease company. What sort of price do you think is fair £11.5k??

£11.8K is Glass's guide price, lease companies nearly always want more, look at dealer leased cars with a final balloon payment option, they are always at least £2K above current values.
Give them a try though @ £11.8K and see what they say you can always increase it slightly.Remember ALL bugeye car values are horrific, its easier to sell a used condom.

That's a bargain price!! If you can get it go for it...
About a month ago I was offered 12.5k at a dealer for my standard MY02 WRX with £500 of accident damage and 29k on the clock.
ZIPPY: Dealers will pay more if you haggle.. it isn't that bad. If in perfect nick he would have given me 13k. 35% depreciation over almost 2 years is pretty good..
