Recently acquired an SVX, does anyone have any experience with these unusual semi-exoticars, or know of any spanner specialists for them? Pete

 

we have looked after a couple of these if it's an auto expect a gearbox if it aint had it already! oil filter is the same as the h6's very rarely go wrong but when it does it goes big time!!

 

Hi Scoobyboy ta for replying. Are you a garage or summat as you say youve looked after a couple of svxs. if so would you be able to help me out with the car as and when needed. Ive had a couple of imprezas but this thing is out of this world. Amazeing piece 0f kit. Even has a cd changer fitted in the boot as standard .pete

i have to say that ive had some interesting cars in my time ie cobras, westys, Citroen DSs, Amis , Imprezas,Beemers, all kinda stuff over the past 30 years of driving but this machine is the most fascinating of them all! If I can find someone to sort out the gearbox for me i cant imagine ever wanting to part with it. Its got the lot.You name it, its fitted as standard.
