Default SECS Monitor

Guys, have any of you got this dash mounted in a new shape Impreza. Probably swopping my R32 for a WRX STi and would be changing the double DIN unit for a single DIN and maybe this monitor instead of just a hole below the stereo. Worth £300 or not do you reckon? Just a bit worried that the hole in the dash might look a bit ugly.

That looks really good mate. Is the unit easy to use and scroll through the funtions? Where does it attach to to the diagnostic port in the car - does it leave any leads sticking out of unusual places or is the install not noticeable?

Plugs in under the dash, if you look to the right you can see a tiny bit of the cable by the pedals, but after that pic was taken I tied it up with a cable tie, and now you can't see it.

It's well easy to use, and provides some good readings

Nice one. Thanks for the info. How much did they charge you for the install - or if you did it yourself then top marks to you as it is a really neat job.

Me and my mate fitted it, and it was shockingly easy. I'm serious when I say I having trouble wiring a plug, and I handled this with ease. All you need is a flat head screw driver and a universal subaru wiring loom (for the stereo about £12 from ICE shop). Job Done.
