side spoliers

when purchasing the side spoliers for the wrx at £200 do they come painted for that price?

which ones you meaning the ones on the bumppers of the STi's or the side skirts?

If there the same ones i have on my 01 wrx then they come in silver and require painting, well mine did any how,
