I think it's time to leave the fold!
Hi guys n' gals,
I been thinking about this for a week now and i'm strongly thinking about parting with my Terzo and going back to a normal run-about. The reason for this is that it grates me every time i get something for the car. It costs so much. and i've been thinking that i could of gone on holiday for what i just paid for a service!! £825 + undersealing
I've got a good job that pays well but i would rather spend it in other ways and i've still to get my foot on the property ladder!!! I think i've had my fun but a car is a car; gets you from A to B in the end!
God i sound philosophical!

Well I have to say that a roof above your head is far more important than what car you drive, but having said that if you feel the strain of driving / financing a terzo how on earth are you gonna cope with mortgage repayments?

Sorry to hear you're thinking about losing the car, but at the end of the day you'll be in a much better position once you've bought somewhere to live. At least then you'll benefit from the appreciation in value, rather than it costing you money. You're better off saving to have the deposit as quickly as possible - after all, you can always buy another car afterwards once those mortgage payments are set.
I bought the house first and the scooby later, and I'm sure it was the right way round. The scary thing is that the depreciation and running costs of the car cost me more than the mortgage Maybe I should sell the garage and buy a WR1?
