Yes I know aluminum is freezing in the winter and boling in the summer, but I like it

I had an ali sphere in my previous car which was even less practical and agony most of the year

I think the shape will suit the short throw of the quickshift and I never use the hand over the **** technique

Anyway, anyone changed their ****? I notice Subaru do a fitting kit and I wondered if I'd need it aswell

 

had one of these . lent it to my mate as a temporary replacement and when he swapped it over he lost it . what a bummer nice **** though

 

I've got the same one !! unscrew old one, new one has three little grub screws which clamp onto lever. Don't forget to put the little collar on first !!

 

tmo, does it fit properly eg. does the bit of leather (gate?) come up to the bottom of the ****?

on my old car i had a gap of about an inch between the two so you could see the crappy lever itself

 

I got the Prodrive Alu-****! Looks lurvely (IMHO) but increadibly cold in Winter and burns the hand in the Summer (I leave the Oakleys case draped over it to shade it a little ).

 

Don't want a round one and god forbid the blue
