Just a quick question . has anyone had any dealings either buying or servicing their vehicle from/at the above dealer.
Wondering what your views of them are.
Ordered my WR1 from them and wondering whether to use them for services or dealer in Abergele nearer me.
cheers in advance for any views you give.

I had dealings with them before they became Holdcroft but most of the staff are the same. Waited 5 weeks for a wheel nut key and only got it when I made a formal complaint, they wanted me to pay £65 for a full new set fitted as oppose to £9 for the key. Definitely a point of principal with me when head office in Brum were waiting for their instruction to send it out and could not believe what they were doing. I also went to them with a suspected failing Maf and parts told me there was no way to test it just order one, service said you can book it in if you like but it will probably be alright if its not really hunting, I wasnt convinced and took it to Prosport (Stockport) who were very helpfull and friendly and sorted things out, not used a main dealer since. Used Monksheath once found them quite helpfull but too far away and not very popular on here. All my own experiences, I know plenty people on here will recomend Widnes seem to have looked after some people well. It makes sense for them to look after a new customer like you, look forward to seeing your motor out and about.
