What's JDM & T-25
I've been away from Scoobyland for 3 years & I don't recognise some of these codes people are talking about. Can someone please give me a summary of what this stuff is?

JDM is Japanese Domestic Market
T-25 is a JDM STI which is fettled and warrentied by a company called Litchfield Imports..good geezers
WR1 is the latest and greatest Subaru UK/Prodrive special edition.
Solberg edition is a European market STI..lower spec than WR1 but available in same colour
TSL 333 is a tuning package marketed by TSL in Nottingham
The yank market gets a 2.5L engine in their STI's so this is being offered as an upgrade by a few guys here as a tuning path.
LMFAO is what I do at all the X vs Y threads about.
22B is the best still

After the P1 came the 'bugeye' or MY01 WRX, this spawned the UK300, (300 cars for the UK market) It was in a standard colour though and all the parts to replicate it's look were available off the shelf..not the best loved ltd edition.
We officially got an STI with the bugeye too..generally known around here as the STI7 (though thats bad nomencleture) it was available in 2 styles, standard and Prodrive, Prodrive one had big spoiler and different front bumper treatment to look like the rallycar...IIRC only 500 made.
Then came the 'blobeye', current shape, WRX and STI(STI8 in UK) available in UK market..STI 'dumbed down' for us though, JDM version now has a driver controlled centre differential (A-DCCD) which can give a more rear-drive bias and overall a better drivers car IMHO, they also have different fancy turbo's available (twin scoll) which spool up quicker, offer more torque and a few other tweeks..
Market is more diverse than ever...but as always it comes down to choices between cost, dealer support, warranty and personal opinion...did I say 22b was the best? LOL

The STI7(bugeye) and STI8(blobeye) designations are overly simplified handles which don't exist in the Subaru official catalogue anymore...it's just us stupid brits carrying on from where the 'classic' left off.

Oh, I left off the Spec C...thats the all-singing all dancing current JDM STI RA (in old terms)..also the 'blobeye' had an S202 which was the best factory built car of the blobeye series..like todays Spec C or the 'classic' STI6 RA V ltd's
