does anyone know how to get a flamer kit to do this?

You don't need a flamer kit to do that on an 'older' car....all you need is an ignition cut off switch to switch the power to the coil off on the overrun.
A friend of mine thought it was big and clever when he had a Renault 5 turbo a few years ago.....that was until he set light to his rear bumper and spare wheel.!!

If they had a well tuned car in the first place they wouldnt need a flamer kit for that,
