Had my first experience of a warranty claim when I took my MY99 for its first annual service with Gibsons of Brock.The car has run impeccably all year apart from an infuriating and very intimittant fault with the radio, which decided to ignore control inputs, or even reverse them! They checked the radio, which characteristically decided to perform faultlessly and could find no fault. Their response- "No problem, Sir. We've ordered you a new one." I've never had this level of service with any other manufacturer before. In the past it's always been 'bring it back when it's not working etc.'I can see why Subaru win JD Power!
