Arrow WRX import '99 (s reg) Plate No.GC8F48D anyone got one, offer advice?

I am looking into buying an Import and come across:

WRX jap import
'99 (s reg)
Plate No.GC8F48D - 250 or 280bhp?
60,000 miles
V clean
no mods
no alarm immob or tracker
how much should i look at paying?
has anyone got some pix and feed back that might help me make an informed choice?

Regards,
Skw1d

When u bought yours was is fully loaded?
did you have: alarm & immob, tracker? £800
also underside wax oil'd £200
I need to pay an extra £700 for an SVA (fog light, mph convert & white dials)
then also a few 'sensible' mods (induction, pipe & back box) £600
I'm looking to buy for 7k.... then, plus above expenses...

Total: £9,300 ish

hi mate why do you need to pay 700 for an sva.all you need to do is get a mph converter on the car for this it would be an electronic one mate around £60,then you need to get a foglight an iluminious foglight switch, fuel neck restricter.you dont need to get white dials just cover up the K where it says KMPH, then pay £180 pounds for the test fee an there you have it wont cost more than£250 mate.
check out this site they are cheap for all your bits http://www.importsolutions.co.uk/cable_conver.asp
