Question Maximum tuned scoob/ Porsche 911 0-100 times.

If a Porsche 911 GT2 with about 450 bhp can crack 0-100 in about 9.5 seconds, how come Harvey's 600 bhp scoob, which is lighter, takes about 11 seconds? Is it all transmission losses, or is it simply the torque? It just doesn't seem to add up, looking at it from a layman's point of view.

I agree with thomo, there is just no shortcut to experience someone told me many years ago that if you want a fast car go and buy one, you can build one but it will never be one (if you know what i mean)

I think you'll find that Craigh Hardman did 0-100 in 9.56 2-3 years ago! are you sure that Harvey's time was not for the 1/4 mile?

Ithink you're confusiing 1/4 mile times to 0-100 times aren't you?

Harveys 1/4 mile is 11.7ish (?) @ 120 ish (?) so I'd guess 0-100 just under 9.

My times aren't representative cos it was in 30+ degree heat, was uphill and had a **** driving
