there is a new age one on here that his a few descreet(sp) STi stickers on it and i think it look rather not, but im not really into the whole stickered thing.
the way i see it really is on a rally car them stickers increase the cars preformance but they dont on a road car.

From: R.I.P Piphead, at least you are home now :(
Since I stickered mine up the other day, my garage has been burgled, and all my tools been nicked (as I was out in the scoob)
I had two ******* come round the back into my garage whilst I was stickering it up, asking for directions as their car had been taken off them for driving without insurance
Similar MO to my neighbour whose house was burgled a day after ******* in his back garden asking for work

I wouldn't do it myself, particularly as I don't follow rallying. To my mind, even the rally cars don't look good stickered up- it looks messy, ill-concieved and detracts from the lines of the car. Let's face it, most of the stickers are not there for any considerations of aesthetics, they're there purely for the reasons of advertising sponsorship. It makes the car into a prostituted object that is little more than a glorified advertising hoarding- in my opinion, that is. Of course, I wouldn't dare to suggest that people shouldn't do it if they want to. On a road car, however, you are not getting money for parading the advertising of these companies. So to my mind it's rather like walking around your local town dressed as Elvis Presley in a white rhinestone jumpsuit.

You leave my Elvis suit alone
Bubba, I have just stated in my last post, that I am in fact getting paid to have the stickers on my car, therefor I can make mine go faster

The people who have their cars stickered up actually have a Subaru and probably some of the parts on the cars of the Rally Team sponsors.
I get freebies off the company I advertise for, but would not consider spending up to £200 on a pair of trainers to advertise a brand name.
Who the **** are ADIDAS anyway.?
