hi can anyone tell first big run in my new 04 sti what mileage should i get on a full tank dont want to run short dont know all shell sites down there. can you help going from derby to bristol

My MY04 STI has been calculated to do about 280 miles to run-out (around 23-24mpg, on the run-in oil). This is based on normal driving (4K max rev, still runing it in) with around 50% of this on the motorway.

 

There is a shell at the bottom of the m32 by bristol city centre, heading AWAY from town, and also if you come in via m5 j17 and head into bristol centre, there is one opposite the BMW garage, again heading away.

Ive had 320 miles out of a Tank on my MY03 Sti PPP this was doing 70 to 80 maybe with a touch of 90 and was to coventry and back from essex...

I normally get around 260 280 on a faster run to bristol from where I live in essex...
