Noise When Changing Gear???
When changing gear as soon as I put the clutch in there's a noise like the prop shaft spinning to a stop, obviously this is normal but it's quite loud, is this normal?

It happens when you press down on the clutch pedal, right? If yes, then it's the clutch release bearing. It could run ok for a little while but don't leave it too long to get it fixed. I did when it happened to me. A couple of weeks ago I lost the clutch completely, and had to drive home eight miles in only one gear.

does it happen only when changing down gears?
it does sound like the clutch release bearing, mine does this too, there have been sveral threads and most owners have lived with it for years. There is a fix which involves directing a little spray grease into the 'chamber' - which seems to work.
The only problem is access, it's right beneath the intercooler, you can *just* see it from the passenger side of the car, but getting grease in the right spot is a complete nightmare. Look for a rubber surround, sort of like a mini gear stick surround
