Wots the most boost to run with a dawes on a standard car?

Default Wots the most boost to run with a dawes on a standard car?

as above just got a dawes device and boost gauge read 20psi.

so in psi please!

Oh and longer is less and shorter is more?

mine runs 19 psi but is decat and UK spec so no det, you can run more but a knocklink is a must for a JDM car and you will need a de cat to get the gases out and keep temps down

It's got a decat centre and "drilled" air box. so shall i start about 15psi?

start with a boost gauge an a knock link or you will be looking in the 'for sale' section for something altogether more expensive.

also read the 'dawes faq' compiled by the good Dr John Banks. Do a search- it will tell you all you need to know.
