Default When was the face lift model introduced?

Ive looked at a 98 S reg and it was the face lift, not looked at an R plate yet so dont knwo about that but a MY97 p reg doesnt have the face lift, well on 1 of the cars Ive seen anyhow.

I dont wanna spend 7k on a car with a plastic horrid dash board, much prefer the newer 1's.

1999 SUBARU IMPREZA 2.0 TURBO, 1999,
T reg. Metallic Silver, 85,000 miles with FSH, 2 owners from new, air con, e/s/r, rear spoiler, 16 inch alloys, e/w, ABS, Subaru alarm system, long MOT and Tax, immaculate throughout, first will buy. £7,495 . ovno

btw whilst Im here what you think to this car above? presuming its well looked after (looking 2moz at it) looks a snip at 7500 no?

Thumbs up

looks good on paper mate yeah, the only reason it would be that price is probably because of the milage, but if they have been mostly motorway (which given the large number if probably would be) then it should be absolutely fine. Assuming it has been cared for too. Best thing to do is take her for a drive and see how she feels.

Good luck!

Neil.

P.S. I thought they were facelifted in 98 but im no expert.

The answer you are looking for my friend is sept 96' for the face lift for version3. A year later, version 4 came along with a revised interior.

As stated, MY97's were the first facelift cars.
