Scoob Saves Sheep........
Driving along the A33 (dual carriageway) at around the speed limit.....ish, misninght, no road lights and my mate says to me, 'imagine what it'd be like if a deer jumped out in front of you at this speed'
At which point a fully grown sheep comes frollicking down the middle of the inside lane.
An extremely quick change of lanes which the car handles superbly, I wasn't even worried. Had we been in my mates 200SX I fear we may have been reversing into a hedge at high speed. Had I been in my old Prelude - low bonnet, extremely poor lights, the sheep and maybe more would have been dead.
My mate says 'I said a deer'
On informing the police thay asked if the road was busy!
'No, not to busy, but it is a 70 mph road with a sheep running wild on it'
'Yeah, we'll send a traffic car'

You should try driving up the A82 towards Fort William. There's plenty of feckin Deer running across the roads. I know which one I'd rather hit
I've had a few lucky escapes with sheep on the roads. Last time was the wee single track road along Loch Earn. Middle of winter, snowing all day and I'm in a rush to get home Some stupid feckin sheep decides to jump the dry stone wall and land in front of my car.
Little sod left a wet nose smear right down the side of my car
