cheers to all for coming, top day , very warm!
straightliners will have the full results out by tomorrow or tues, i'll post them up soon as i get them.
fastest car today was the green nur spec skyline (tims) 11.3s 127mph
top speed- nigel feltham skyline 173mph
nigel also won the head to head shootout final for the fastest cars of today.
the fastest scooby ran 11.7s i think at 120+mph !!!
fastest bike was the one they were testing which did 211mph at the 1.25m and 8.9s 165mph 1/4m, if i remember right.
shame the plane stopped play for a while, but they extended the running times and people were still going down at 5pm!
we have spaces for invite cars and scoobys still for the scoobyshootout at elvington on the 31st may, email me direct if you would like to run at that.
next rwyb there is 4th july!
cheers

From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?
13's iirc.
Nobody beat marc off the lights.. but trout wasnt racing on lights hence letting everyone go then deciding when to launch. Concentrating on getting launch perfected.

Twas me in the noisy grey Scooby. The most annoying thing was not managing to complete a top speed run. Boost hose blew off at over 160mph (accurate to within 1mph at 100mph, GPS measured) ...with half a mile still to go
Later runs were fun - had over twenty full fat launches on the day and then drove the car home meek and mild with NO clutch issues at all.
Best launch was 1.698s!! With my later runs getting 1.7s consistently after having had some practice
Rannoch aka Trout
