Red face fse power boost

Hi All

Could someone tell me where the standard regulator is to fit my new fse one. My car is 1994 import and are they a get to fix......

Easy to do, hard to get at!

It is screwed into the back end ( bulkhead end ) of the drivers side fuel rail under the hoses from the air box etc. ( for the fuel connector! ). Take all these off and move the other hoses about and you will see a small 1/4 " ish rubber hose going off which then meets the 3 on top of the inlet manifold. It is a small metal item, with a couple of fuel hoses going into / out of it.

Do a search on here and at Ravensblade web site ( I think ) for pretty good fitting instructions.

The power boost fuel reg is I think a rising rate reg, so more fuel pressure as higher load / revs / boost, Scoobies are easier to map etc. with a 1:1 as fuel pressure increases linearlywith boost etc.

You may need a better fuel pump to make best use of the new reg, or if you uprate the engiune much!
