Default JDM GL Sti 9 Fuel

Just waiting for the car to come off the boat,

will it need a remap for uk fuel/optimax
can I just run it on opitimax with no octane booster

Youll need either a remap or octane booster.

run mine on Optimax and NF octane booster

Will be getting it mapped by Bob Rawle shortly

Optimax and octane booster, ensure you add a knocklink though!

ran mine on optimax for 4 months before remap, no damage or problems

Can people who post information about fuels do so with some evidence or proof.

I just run Optimax on my MY03 SpecC - it's remapped for 95RON

I believe it states in the handbook the grade of fuel needed, 100 ron

Andy,
Speak to Bob Rawle, i think he even still runs his car on optimax/octane booster, the bit of advice he gave me was about the fuel, its designed to run japanese fuel so give it japanese fuel, ie 100 ron

all right scott, will be coming to see u very shortly for set of flaps, octane booster & the carbon lip spoiler that's on phil stephens car

should just have enough money for them I hope
