Default When collecting a WR1

Other than the well voiced delays have people had any other problems when finally going to collect their new WR1?

Is there anything that others should be looking out for?

Hmmm.... What about scuffed bodywork . The transporter that delivered my car appears not to cope too well with the lowered suspension of the WR1 compared with the Sti & either scuffs the wheels or scuffs the lower front bodywork while offloading

My dealers been pretty good & is arranging some cosmetic work but it looks like another 3 days before I collect it

Watch out for the £29,995 price tag, as you drive off the forecourt it will drop violently, and could cause serious injury.

Also watch out for Mitsubishi Evo 8s.....

Jealouse, me...........no.

If you listen to most people on here explaining how "****" they are then I would guess there will be plenty at a bargain price soon on the second hand market!!

Had no probs at all.

All your paperwork/ insurance has been done allready. Only thing is 2 sign tracker subscription doc and pay 4 it.

Thats was 2 days & 250 miles ago, on target for 1000 service by next week.

Only problem I had was a big chip off edge of drivers door, dealer going to sort when I take it for its first service, also be careful if transporting children cos the side skirt bits scratch very easily if the little angels put their feet on them!!!!

Sumo.

You should get your registration document in the next 2 days & the drivers pack in another 2-3 days after that
