Am I better of buying a WRX STI Type R with 72,000 miles which has had clutch, crankshaft oil seals and timing belt changed in last 12 months, or one with 47,000 miles but no cambelt or clutch change...? Both otherwise in excellent nick...

I'd go on condition my friend. Both sound fine.

However the work seems somewhat premature on the other car with work done.....
