WR1's
How many WR1's out of the 500 have been allocated?
'Apparently' i've ordered one, but I'm a bit cynical seeing as they can't provide me the details about it.
Seems simple to me, 500 cars -> 500 buyers

Don't know but i got No487 about 2 months ago now (ordered in march) It seems 2 have been a lottery as 2 which number u were allocated. Did think i would have been lower as was told there was only around 250 sold when i put in my order. Not that it matters really

You won't get the number until the car's been registered.

I was given my number a month before it was registered

Was told by a dealer on Monday there are 5 left, three have been promised to buyers and two are still on the forecourts......one of them is in Perth, Scotland and the other is in Yorkshire, but I can`t think of the name of the dealer there, it`s the one on the industrial estate that has been there for years. (something like Palmers I think....but don`t hold me to that)

Mine arrives in a few weeks and I'm bricking it. Had 2 notes through the door from the Police saying their have been burglaries in my area and reminding everyone to lock doors, windows and not leave car keys in accessible areas.
cheers

Sales guy also seemed fairly sure of the fact that if an order was placed, there would be no problem in getting a car allocated

The new one's brilliant, the first 10 days of running it in were the most frustrating EVER... but since it's had it's 1000 mile service I've managed to open it up and have some fun. This is the first scoob I've owned and overall its a great car.. I've experienced it's ability to 'bog down' when pulling away from traffic lights etc. but the most amazing thing is it's power.. you can just stick your foot down and it unleashes raw power and at any speed!
The ride is quite hard and the stereo is pants but the fun factor is truely amazing. I am now also on first name terms with the local Shell garage staff

Had 03STIPPP had same problem and feel the same in the WR1 although still running it in. I am sure you know, just build the revs , let it go ,and it will fly . For those how have had the 1k service is it right that the engine will get better more miles / usage it has ?
Whilst spending 30k I deceided to spend £650 on Clifford black jax and dipol gear lock in hopes it will deter any unwanted eyes from thinking of steeling. Chap in town got WR1 had it a day and 4 kids caught keying it !! '.astards'

All this bogging down, just give it more revs and they fly from the line...your not going to get the wheelspin like in a front wheel drive so it will bog down if there's not enough revs...try it you'll like it!
