As a granny of 51 years with not a hope of owning a Scooby i am getting strangely addicted to this site ! One of the guys at work (penfold118) put me onto the site and i cant help looking (everyday at work!! ) does anyone else suffer the same addiction ?

there is something strangely addictive about this site... even started going in to internet cafes when on holiday in tenerife!!

 

I was once asked by the Webbie Why I still came here (After the UK300 went) and I told him I was addicted - I don't think he believed me but I still am. I Even went out and got another Subaru so the wife wouldn't think I'm a complete weirdo

 

What's stopping you getting a Scoob then?? I'm nearly as old as you!! and I've had two, not got one at the mo tho, but still like to post on the site.

As much as I think Im worth a Scooby company car - the man who decides obviously thinks a Ford is more appropriate.... My Husband drives a Honda Civic and has a Honda Blackbird which more than covers the need for speed angle.

there is definetly something about scoobynet that makes you look everyday. well for me anyway.

 

It's not just me then!?

I look on SN every day, my excuse is I'm after more mods for my car and it fills up my lunch break!
My missus' has already told me I'm addicted!

I did try to log onto SN while on holiday in Newquay, though for some reason the forum bit wouldn't work - either the site was down or it was something to do with the configuration of the PC's in the internet cafe.

im addicted to first thing when i get to work i dont load up all the systems at work i come and log straight on to here then work comes later log off at the last ,minute when work finishes drive the scoob home and then when i get home i log on to it again, am i addicted do i need help

 

I must spend 50% of my work day trawling scoobynet. I even read the same posts over quite alot cos I'm that sad

yer it is pretty good, i thought i was busted when Kath caught me on scoobynet but she just pushed me outa the way ant started her "addiction" she is on it more than me now....!!!!!!!!!!

 

You can pick a nice n/a Sport up for just a little more than just a Ford these days............ so get it SORTED

 

Kath is on her hol's but the truth is the owner of the hotel i work at has a mate that own's a ford garage so all company cars have to be ford...!!!

Yes and this place is addictive.... started work at 6am all this week and my first post was 6.05am yesterday morning and overtime too !!!

I know what you mean, kes3285, i am so addicted to scoobynet it is ubelieveable, i think i sleep on scoobynet. My name says it all.

I have always liked Subarus from the first monmet i had a drive in one, tho it was not a Impreza it was a Legarcy (early versions) estate that my dad used as a courtisy (sp?) car when he used to work for MAFF and the engine of that legarcy sounded really throuby, and was kinda like a tank of a noice and was to drive. i was hooked from then and have been ever since. And when the TOP GEAR JD power servey awards for best car was voted to the Subaru Impreza Turbo, that was it. i was seriously hooked on the impreza...and now some x number of years later, my dad has his own scooby a 03 WRX in yep you guessed it in WR Blue and Gold alloys. i am over the moon...i would hate to think what i will be like when i own my own scooby turbo.
