Heya,
my mates thinking about getting the Type 25, was just wondering if anyone has one or has driven it? Any comments will be appreciated.
Have seen the website, obviously thats gonna be biased,
Cheers guys

Seriously, though, a search on 'Type 25' will reveal plenty of info, and plenty of comments along the lines of 'lucky b*stard'. Nobody's had a bad word to say about the car.
I've ordered an (almost) unmodified MY05 Japanese STI - the car on which the Type 25 is based - and it's fantastic. The T25 adds bags more torque and flexibility, not that there's anything at all wrong with the standard car, plus fully adjustable suspension. Autocar recently voted it the #2 best-handling car available anywhere, just behind the Noble M400 but ahead of the Evo MR FQ-340, Lamborghini Gallardo, Lotus Elise, 911 GT3 RS, Caterham R500, VXR220, M3 CSL... get the idea?
Go for a test drive, you won't regret it - unless you can't afford one, of course.

Driven the T25 - the ultimate 'value' supercar with added practicality, reliability and people wont spit at you in the high street.

Mervil,
Maybe T25IAL was going a bit far. It's just the almost exact same title generated a decent thread regarding the T25 the other week.
If you've got a couple of years, do a search for SIAL or "Scooby in a lake".
Regards,
J.

mervil the T25 is the only scooby i would trade my 22B in for my m8s got 1 and yes very nice motor, still waiting to have a go in it
we did a little test on the motorway me in 22B my m8 in T25,
i had a boot full of stuff and 2 people in + baby chair, and he was on his own, from 70 taking the weight in to it i held him off once we got to 1??mph i was topping out and he pulled away from me.
so i would say i was quicker weight for weight, but wot a top end speed they have it just keeps on going
