My thoughts are with your friend. Atleast no physical hurt was done.
kind of makes you think about getting blackjax. . . .
However, if they go to the trouble of getting the keys, how narked are they gonna be when they get 20 meters down the road.

What I don't understand is that most scoobs, must around 80-90% have some sort of tracker fitted. So why the hell do people still steal them so much.
At the end of the day the cars are usually recovered and the thieving scum have just wasted there time.
Does anyone see what I mean?

2. The tracker can be bypassed in time, therefore making it useless.
3. They think it might be one of the 10-20% who have'nt

A tracker can be bypassed in seconds with tools available on the high street for less than £100

I would say they knew exactly what it was, esp if its been all over magazines.
The MR2 that was car jacked in Bolton was recently featured in a mag too, 400bhp or something - 2 weeks later nicked!
Its a sorry state of affairs.

sorry to hear this.
Why people who steal cars are not given the same sentance as bank robbers etc is beyond me! What's the difference between stealing £25K from a bank and breaking into somebodies home to steal a £25K car?
be interesting to see how the insurance co deal with this.
