Better, more so with Prodrive springs and geo. May wanna play with tyre pressures, I run 33F and 31r on STi. A tad more tyre noise but better turn in etc.

As STIdreamer said, turn in was improved (coming from 16s).
Grip I can't really comment on as the tyres were so very different, quality wise.
I do find myself constantly steering round drain covers and small imperfections, that I would have previously ignored, as the ride is a little crashier.

IMO the benefits outweigh the negative points . . . . . . they do look the danglies

I've got 18's on my 2003STI, No issues with noise etc..

I run 32F 31R and roundabouts are soooo much fun..

Tyre choice was the biggest change in feel... the bridgestones always tram-lined when 75% worn, where as the Toyo's are fantastic.

I run PFF7's on my 03

What I will say is the tyres I have on now are F1's and I wish I had stuck with Toyo's regardless of comments on here about F1's. I belive (and it is my opinion) that they Toyo is a much netter all round tyre than the F1.

I can't remember what mine ran like on 17's as they were chaned within 3 weeks of having the car so I was still running in (Nasty standard wheels - YUK!)

Hope this helps

Steve

ihave run 15" 16" 17" and 18" on my wagon on track i prefer 16" and for the road 17" i found on my wagon 18" wrecked the handling of it this is only my opinion plus the tyres are cheaper LOL
