HARD TO FIND FAULT ON MY SCOOB,
5 weeks ago got this , Had local scoob garage look for fault ?? thay told me because I had a aftermarket ecu , they could not find the fault, Then the garage near my house tryed (real nice helpfull lads ) but did not have any luck !! A mate came to have a look who is really into scoobs he did not find the true fault (first time) , Then car went off to get apexi ecu looked at (andy f) >> Harvey took it , He checked car ALLOVER found a few faults >> put them right , (fitted a new turbo as he does !! TD05/ 06 ) and a few more little bits ????? (nice) BUT THEN HARVEY AND JONNY FOUND THE FAULT , FMIC split on a weld . ANYWAY >> all mended and mapped and very very very good BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED >>> Ta !!!!

New turbo , well worth doing, Lots more pull, Yesterday in 4th gear pulled away from 20mph , then gos like stink all the way !!!!! Lots more power, >>> and more to come ??????? cheers all,

From: 7.74 @179 mph 1/4 mile - road legal
1.4/1.5 bar although it was running 1.6/1.7 during mapping and feeling even friskier but the airflow meter was maxed out so it was turned down a bit, even now it is limited by the meter and is mapped very safely to compensate for this.

Your car goes very well. I was very impressed with the quick spooling and over a bar by 3300 rpm in 4th on a six speed box. Let me know when you want to take it to the next stage. It needs a bit of alteration to the existing inlet tract and then Andy has to re-map it.
