Default "Ice Blue" colour WRX for sale

I have seen a Euro Import WRX for sale @ http://www.car-imports-direct.com for about £16,500 and the picture shows the car the same colour as the WR1.
Does anyone know where in Europe these cars are from and why we don't get that colour choice here in the UK?
Cheers

I am glad we don't. Looks like it would be good on a Audi parked outside the hairdressers

That's what I can't understand, Litchfield doesn't advertise that colour for the WRX so I was wondering where in Europe they are sourced from.
Cyprus is probably right.

I think it is the same colour as the WR1. Cyprus Subaru Dealers used to sell JDM cars until May 2004 when they joined the EC. I cannot make a decision whether to get one of these 2005 WRX's or an 03/04 STi !!
