Default newbie wannabe?

ok guys/girls

i own a modded ctr (flame suit on) been looking at changing to

a new scooby soon march april maybe had my ctr 3yrs then

been an awsome car btw no trouble at all

im going to arrange test drive of the wrx sti soon

imports are cheaper i know but more to insure etc

anyone from south wales that wants to offer me a ride one day
pm me ok

any advice welcome thanks

btw is £960 per annum alot for wrx sti uk insurance...

Welcome aboard! Nothing wrong with the CTR; well respected car on here!

Insurance costs are hard to gauge without more information about you, but you can expect a STi to be high, as it's group 20!

dont think so , mods will soon tell you

£960 sounds about right depends are old you are , how many points etc
why dont you get atest drive at a main subaru dealer , they were doing the 24 hour testdrive a bit ago , dont know if its still on

I pay about that for my MY04 STi UK PPP

FWIW I'm 27 with 5 years NCB (60%). Garaged etc.

btw im 30 with 9yrs ncb no points etc
car on roadside which aint good


the 24hr testdrive thing i mite look into after xmas

Can't imagine you will get much better than that. I'm 41 10yrs+ NCB and squeeky clean licence and I pay £720 for STi PPP. Cant get a lower quote, even for sleepy hollow in Scotland. Having said that I see people on here with substantially lower quotes, and a lot younger, from down south.
