WRX 03/04 driving/handling comparisons with WRX 05
Can anyone who's owned either an 03 or 04 WRX with or without PPP, and who now owns or has driven an 05 WRX please tell me the differences/improvements in handling and general driveability. Thanks!

I'm not aware of any mechanical differences to the WRX on the 05MY. I know the STi has a slightly longer wheelbase, wider rear track and some other mods to the diffs, but AFAIK the WRX remains unchanged apart from interior updates.
I await to be corrected.

There are loads of minor changes that make quite a difference. The obvious changes are to the interior but there are significant suspension changes with the adoption of STi type inverted monotube dampers and an alloy rear suspension link. The engine is also very slightly changed but the numbers are the same (hence a slightly revised PPP).
The biggest change of all is that the brake calipers are red so the brakes must be lots better.......
