Welcome to SN steve, i live in south east so cannot help as in were to go, but i've found that specialist are general cheaper/more helpful and on the whole more enthusiastic about scoobys and should make your time with the scoob more enjoyable.

Andy

ps Thought about modding it yet (you will)

Hi mate and wellcome,u got the same as me though ive not got ppp,to be honest sometimes i think your better off going to a specialist than a main dealer if theyre std then no probs but at this age specialist all day long for me. Though dont know any in your area. this is mine http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...hyesmintin.jpg

Hiya Steve,

Welcome! Glad you're enjoying the car; they're great aren't they? I'd recommend a specialist too for the above reasons, even if it means traveling! I'm from the SE too, so can't reccomend any in your area I'm afraid, but when you get some candidates, put up another post and ask for other members who might have experience of them.

Best.

First things first. 17inch wheels are more than large enough and will accommodate monster brakes; anything bigger is just going for the bling factor and money that could be better spent on colour coding etc.... I can reccommend Little knocks for this; they did mine and were fantastic and cheap too! Consider investing in some mudflaps if you haven't allready got them; they'll keep your new paintwork in good order (try www.Scottsautomotive.com) as the official ones from Subaru are ridiculous money!

Have fun! :-)
