Assuming you are talking about a Classic, then I'd say 32 front and 30 rear. Make sure you measure it with something accurate - the cheap digital guages from Halfrauds are fine, don't trust the footpump or a forecourt machine.

Also dependent on the load rating of the tyre.
Subaru prefer to use a higher rated tyre (less sidewall flex), if you use a tyre with a low load rating (more sidewall flex) it might be better to raise the pressure 1 or 2 psi, to help keep the sidewall stiffer.
