WHAT NEXT PLEASE !!
I HAVE A MY98 .. UK TURBO
NINJA MIDDLE AND B/B (got the downpipe but finding it hard to get anyone to fit it locally)
ELECTRONIC BOOST CONTROLLER
K&N INDUCTION KIT
im very happy with the look of it now..
... just want a bit more torque... any ideas what i can do next without having my arm pulled off for an Apexi ecu ?
Any ideas would be helpfull ...

TBH, I'd find somewhere to fit the downpipe. Next mods I would say is Walbro pump, NGK PFR7B spark plugs and uprated fuel pressure regulator (either FSE or SX). This should stand you ready for the inevitable remap (or Apexi ECI).
The remap or Apexi is recommended, the difference when I had mine fitted was awesome. The car was much more responsive and felt much stronger lower down the rev range. The turbo came on boost much quicker and the fuel consumption is much better - probably due to the engine not being setup for the mods. After that, you are looking at a new (bigger) turbo and another remap.
