Resetting the ECU om my P1?

Whats the easiest way to reset the ECU.
I`m a complete **** when it comes to mechanics so nice and simple please.
Oh and I dont want Tracker ringing me up or the alarm going off all night.

I'd be very suprised if you need a reset. I believe the newer cars readjust pretty quickly, I know mine did after I had a bad tank of fuel. Within 20 miles of a good fill up the car was pulling strongly again.
Did PS guys mention that your boost was low (ie ECU had retarded boost etc) after the run? My first run there was after a bad fillup and it was spotted straight away, think it was like 0.8bar - can see it on the dyno print they give you.
If you do go ahead with the reset, which someone will doubtless furnish details of how to soon, make sure it is after you are on a different tank of fuel than the one you had at PS, 'cause if it was the petrols fault it will just retard again after you reset it if you haven't got a 'good' tankful.
