Thumbs up Autosport GGR 500 Scooby

Hi All,
Did anybody see the GGR conversion for the scooby at the show last weekend?

2.5 lts 500 BHP

The engine is fully rebuilt to 2 1/2 litre, with everything upgraded.

The car looked gorgeous.....

What are your views on this scooby???

Saw it. Looked lovely, all shiny and polished. Wouldn't mind one myself.

Indeed, I can think of better things for 45k than a scooby

The EVO MR FQ400 is £46,995, & only 405 BHP...
Do you not think that 500BHP is worth it??

Has anybody got this close to 500BHP on a new age cars???

The car look very nice, the 19" wheel, lowered suspension etc... tho I do not know how low it was.... but it was low!!

I'll bet the coversion at £19k is only the engine too. So the show car with 19" wheels and lowered suspension would cost you another couple £k's.

Damian.

Not for me, I think the Evo is way to much money aswell.

I'd rather have this!

Must admit I do love those wheels....Mille Migila alloys.

500bhp on classic or new ge for 19k is ridiculous and yesterdays news.

PLus with GGR doing it, if their stage one ecu conversions are anything to go on, I wouldn't trust the mapping.

No thanks.

iirc, christian's engine totals less than that and has produced 595bhp and 620lbft without nitrous.

For proven reliability, ask andy F and pavlo how much they spent on their 500bhp engines.

No thanks, as steve says, for that kind of money it would be a noble for me. unless like me you started thinking it was going to be cheaper and lost track of what you had spent.

Still I love my car and am happy with it.
